Ran 7.5 laps at River's Edge Park in the afternoon. Kind of warm, 70s. Pace per lap was as follows:

These are pace per mile, NOT time per lap. Slower than I thought they might be, but it was warm and I did run 6 miles already today. My plan was to check time on first lap, then cut down 20-30 seconds per lap w/lap 6 being fastest and then just cooling down for 2 laps, but I made too big a jump from lap 1 to 2 and then stayed steady for laps 2 and 3. Moved up about right on lap 4, then went up too much on lap 5 and was dying so decided to let that be the fast lap.
Took my shoes off and put my feet in the water for a bit when done, then walked barefoot in the grass back to the care. Very pleasant afternoon!
