Per Briana:
Today is just a turnover day Beth. Overall more of a neuromuscular learning day.
Warm up:
Long warm up, 20 minutes gradually build to a comfortable pace/effort, all by feel
Main Set:
10x(1:00 build to good turnover, 1:00 back to steady running)
ON the build, just build to a good cadence, NOT all out...it should feel good!
Cool down:
20 minutes nice easy/steady running as your body feels
I was tired and altho this was a nice workout, it was harder than it probably should have been.
