Pleasant, cool, breezy, DRY morning! Went out w/ a feeling of lingering fatigue in my legs so deliberately took the first mile VERY easy, then tried to stay comfortable and sustainable after that, just nice and easy. Figured if I got out to 7 or 8 and felt OK, then I'd pick it up a little, and that's what happened. Ready to stop when I was done, but nothing hurting, not dying.
Have a very easy week planned for next week, want to be well rested for Saturday.
