Notes

Originally planned to run today but had a short night of sleep on Sunday night and again last night. Decided to just take the day off (didn't even go for a walk). Slept like 2 hours this AM, read and relaxed. Feeling better now. We'll play the rest of the week by ear. Do NOT want to go into the race tired; I expect it will be tough enough as it is, and warm and humid again, too...
