Still extreme winds, feeling tired from my overzealous efforts yesterday, so decided to just do the elliptical. Went by calories; when I was at 400 on the machine, I figured that for 200 in real life and got off. (Time as recorded, distance on machine 4.5 miles.) Used flat lap for first 10 mins, then powerwalk program for last 22 mins. Worked up a little sweat, nothing hard.
