Notes

Instructions said to take the first mile easy as a warmup and that worked out. Mile 3 is fast but it's mostly downhill or flat on this course.

I suspect I was working maybe just a little too hard in places, might not have been able to talk comfortably. Will work on nailing this aspect down.
