4.5 to 6.5, goal 5.5. 10:29 to 12:01, goal 11:02.
Lapham Peak black loop. Tried to take it easier on some of the flat parts, more like a normal "long run" effort, but also tried to keep running in places where I had previously walked. Timewise, looks like it cancelled out since my time is the same as the last time!
