All within range, and all on the slow side. I definitely could have worked this harder, as I DID feel that I was going slow, but I wanted to make sure that I STAYED on the slow side after yesterday at Nashotah and feeling tired thru that whole run. Tomorrow will try to be much closer to goal pace. Today, I got some good rest.
