Notes

Foggy, 60-ish. Jogged 1 mile first, then started hills. Worked uphills just a little, again mostly trying to stay steady rather than run hard. Worked the last downhill. Paid attention to neck and arms. Felt good, better than the last time I did this. I think I really need to pay attention to my recovery and make sure I actually AM recovering. I just used to be soooo fatigued, dragging myself out for even short runs, and mostly I don't feel like that now, so again, I think I need to keep the mileage super low and take it easy.
