I have no clue what this was all about. I went out thinking I would do 6 just easy and maybe if I felt great 8. I would have done 12 had I known how to accurately add another mile to this route...I did not feel especially great, quads felt a bit sore from the start, but I just seemed to have this need to run, run, run. Weird, have never felt quite like that before. Did not look at watch until like halfway thru and even then it was more of an observation than a goal-type thing. Just tried to keep leg turnover good and run breathing 3/2. The only place I shifted was on the upper part of MC hill.

Very windy out but mostly pretty sheltered. Small blister on left foot on the same place I used to get blisters on the right foot. Can't remember ever having a blister on the left foot before. Wore black and blue wool socks w/Hyperspeeds.
