Notes

Went out about 4:30 AM, still humid but low 60s and no sun yet. Took the first mile or so very easy, then ran the next 3 comfortably, not working hills but just steady. Last 2 miles tried to keep leg turnover downhill and work a bit uphill as best as I could. Definitely not as strong as the last time I did this, but I've been a little tired all week. Will make sure to take a very easy week next week leading up to Minooka.
