Fell at corner of Silver Spring and Crusty's Corner. Long story short, saw stars even tho not much surface damage. Ran easy for about 2 miles, just didn't feel right, walked home. Later dizzy, nauseous, to Urgent Care. Possible mild concussion. So much for that.
