Notes

No great effort put into this, just wanted to see if the IT band would tolerate some hills. I ran the hill loop out and back, breathing 2/2 slow and steady up, 3/3 relaxing down. Everything feels pretty much OK; left hip/low back/etc. are there but not bad.
