Notes

Lactate threshold run, 9 miles w/5 @half marathon pace. Ran first 2.5 pretty easy, about 10:20 average, then gradually picked up mile to about 9 at the end of 3, then up to 8:13 in about a quarter mile. Kept it at 8:13 for most of the 5 miles, dropped to 10:20 for maybe a half mile, did a half mile at 1.5 incline, otherwise probably about evenly divided between 0.5 incline and 1 incline. Last half mile increased to 8:00. At the time, felt pretty maxed out. Now feeling like maybe I could have done a bit more...but then again, it's not a race...but then again, Pfitz says slower runners should do closer to 15K pace. Well, maybe not this training cycle, maybe next time. Will see how it goes. This was run at a bit faster pace than the last lactate threshold, not sure about inclines as I didn't list them last time. Ran the final mile@10:20 for first half, 10:00 for second.
