Set Garmin to beep every 2 mins, alternated run/walk. Looks like my pace has at least picked back up a bit (altho yest was running in woods, went down numerous dead ends, etc., so pace likely not accurate). Again not a sterling run, a bit stiff and tight, not awful but really difficult to imagine going 12 tomorrow, given how I felt today and yest. We'll see what happens.
