Notes

Originally intended to do 8, got short on time. Felt good, felt like running, much like I felt on Wednesday. Did not check watch at mile marks, just pushed the button. I felt pretty strong throughout, tried to be strong and steady on the ups and keep the legs turning over on the downs while still "resting" some. I'm very happy with this run and will take a very easy day tomorrow.
