Notes

Ran 3 miles at just a bit under 9:00 pace to warm up (did not intend to go that quick but that's what it was), then ran Ravenwood Hill x4, running hard enough to want to stop, and running up over the top and to the stop sign. Trotted back down easy, trying to loosen up shoulders and use good form. Times as recorded above. Then did 1 mile very easy, untimed, to cool down.
