I was not sure how this would go, but the yoga yesterday plus 2 foam rolls seemed to help (altho I still felt a fair amount of tightness/soreness after walking). Thought about doing 5, fooled around on the puter too long and decided to do 3 but felt kind of fired up so thought I'd try 3 somewhat hard. I ran the uphills probably about 7/10 effort, not so hard I couldn't have done a couple more if I HAD to, but harder than just steady, and kept a fair pace on the downs, not overly resting. Once I came off the last hill, I ran moderately hard thru the rest of the run, making sure to keep leg turnover on the downs. Was pleasantly surprised to see the pace at the end.

Felt OK throughout. No problems in IT or butt. Will do yoga and foam roll again today, try to remember to stretch during the day.
