I actually felt really good today, hard to believe I did 16 yesterday. Felt better than I did at the start of yesterday's run! If you remove the first warmup mile, the average is 9:50. I tried to run so that I felt as if I was moving but not putting out any major effort--could have talked but not continuously. Ran on the grass or shoulder whenever possible. Bottoms of feet not sore, joints not sore. Left leg/low back a little bit, not bad.
