Just wanted to run manageably today, thighs and butt still tired from picking green beans on Friday. Probably should have ended it at 8 miles, but decided to struggle on anyway. Stopped for some dog energy on MC Hill and thus flew thru the last mile!
Left leg and low back hurting a little, BOTH feet feeling sore on the front of the heel bone today. Thinking these shoes may have to be kept for shorter runs, altho I did 10 miles in the Mayflies on Monday and had NO problems at all...?
