Set out to just run easy, did not look at my watch until the end. Started out breathing 2 in, 3 out, by 4or 5 miles this was seeming not quite enough but I didn't want to go to 2/2 as I did not want to run that hard. Tried breathing 3 in and 2 out and that worked really well! I did kind of have to pay attention, tho, as that is not a regular breathing pattern for me at this point. Will work on this more, as it kind of puts a gear in between 2/3 and 2/2. Everything felt fine, legs just a tad tired but scarcely noticeable. Time to get back on the wagon food-wise, though, have been climbing steadily and that won't do.....
