Notes

Did this after work. It felt really bad at first, left leg felt like it would just buckle when I landed on it sometimes. By the 3rd mile, it wasn't bad but not what you'd call good. IT band on that side feels tight, knee feels tight, and there is a knot in my butt. Since the time off only made me feel better when I wasn't running, I guess I'll have to try something else. Maybe heat, stretching will do the trick.
