3 to 5, goal 4. 11:55 to 10:20, goal 10:55.

OK, a little faster than it should be, perhaps, but only 1 mile actually out of range, and it's a downhill mile, so I guess I don't care that much. Am starting to get used to evening running and actually, I like it. I don't feel like I need to conserve energy so much, as it's the last thing I need to do, or nearly so, so if I work a little harder, I'm not worried about how I'll get thru the rest of the day.

Feeling pretty good. Left ham/butt slightly sore, as usual, no better, no worse.
