Notes

First maybe 9 miles 120-130 MAF. Then I moved up to 125-135. At about 14 miles, I was at 3 hours, so averaging a little better than a 13:00 pace. By 15 miles I was so sick of the HRM beeping constantly that I turned it off and just walked and ran as I saw fit. Clearly that was a faster pace....Not sure if the HR crept up so quickly and so high b/c I brought no water or what. Tired but feeling OK at the end, finished well. We'll see how I feel later.

Had a lot of water before and 1 cup of instant w/1 oz of coconut oil, a plop of coconut milk and a scoop of whey powder. Brought no water, ate nothing during. Mildly hungry at times, not often, not a problem. Would have liked water, though!
