Notes

Interesting--again no caffeine at all before running. Moved upper limit down to 130 (where it likely really should be, maybe even 125) instead of 135. Lower limit still 120. Pace about the same as yesterday, altho I had to walk at least briefly on almost any little hill. Again, as soon as HRM beeped, I would walk and then start running again as soon as it stopped.
