MAF zone 133-123. Seemed like I was walking a lot, but pace is better over this 8 miles than the last 6-miler. I felt pretty good, actually. Left leg and left butt sore by the end, but energy level is coming back. I am moving the zone down AGAIN as of tomorrow to 120-130, which is where it likely should have been all along. No grain since last Saturday! Hoping for some kind of information breakthru here.
