Notes

Warm up well for 15 minutes including 4 LIGHT 20 second pick-ups randomly to wake up the legs. Then run 4 x 90 seconds at 8:30 pace...just feeling pace out here, recover 3 minutes (except after the last...just go straight to cool down). This is just a pace feel/test.Finish with 10 minutes easy running.
