I am a dodo--when making the plan for this week, I had the race being on Sunday, so hills Wed, this Thurs, 3 easy Fri and 2 strides Sat. Guess I'm a day short! I was a little tired in the legs today, so I hope this doesn't cost me on Saturday, the REAL day of the race. Well, it's only a difference of a mile, but also a difference of 2 easy days before the race versus 3. We'll see.
Trying to pay attention to the left foot and see that it stretches open when I run, that I feel the toes open up like the right foot does.
