Ran like yesterday, breathing 2/3. Felt OK, not great like yesterday. Walked/ran throughout. On hills would run/walk alternate driveways. On downhills, tried to go faster. On the flat, walked when I felt like it. This seems OK so far. One of these days soon will wear the HRM and check this method against that, but I want to make sure the hyperthyroid heart rate is gone before I do it.
