Nice cool AM, full of caffeine and anger, 2 days of rest prior to this--resulted in the best run I've had for some time!
Wondering if maybe I should be seriously looking at only running 3-4 days a week, doing something else the other days?
Also should mention, ran this by Garmin distance first and Garmin shows almost a quarter mile longer than map and 17 seconds per mile slower. I changed everything to use the map distances as that is what I use most of the time.
