Goal pace was 10:29, so this came out pretty darn close, espcially since I didn't check my watch one single time. However, duration was 39:00, and that doesn't add up--I ran a tad slower but still took less time? Maybe will post on the Running Wizard thread if I can find it and see what's said.

Anyway, I felt a little tired in the first mile, but it said to take that mile as a warmup, so I did, and it was mostly downhill,so it was a VERY easy mile. I felt OK in the 2nd mile and actually very good in the 3rd, especially as I headed W up FOP.

I slept not a lot last night, so got the "train but don't strain" advice again today. Will try to get better sleep tonight.
