Used Garmin, 2 mins walk/4 mins run. A bit tired, sore hamstrings/butt from working for Mark yesterday, but after about 2 miles I felt OK. Concentrating on that feeling of "pushing a scooter" with each stride--this is NOT how I have run in the past, but it feels like it might be a good thing to pick up. Breathed mostly 3/3 today, but on hills and sometimes when running "scooter-like", went to 2/2.
