Notes

Finally getting back to it after several days of just feeling beat up and tired, emotionally and physically (not due to running, just the crap w/Jim). Did not particularly want to go out today either but did anyway and felt good. A little above freezing, light rain, no wind to speak of, roads only slippery in a very few small spots.

Giving serious consideration to doing a strict Primal month in February per Nora G.'s book just to see what happens. If nothing much different than what I'm doing now, then no need to be so hard line. If it really makes a difference, then I will have learned that. Right now, I eat corn several times a week, rice several times a week and recently have started having oatmeal in the AM. Also I eat more fruit than she would accept and likely too much meat. Also she says likely no dairy and no eggs. Still thinking.
