Notes

-Easy MR before work. Legs still didn't feel great but somewhat better. Almost got attacked by a swarm of red winged black birds but hurling various obscenities at them made them clear out.

-Took yesterday off because my legs were just feeling trashed and horrible, decided that reading my body would be better than drudging out a shorter run. Looking at the first 4.5 weeks of summer training, the mileage and runs have been there and good. But I haven't been that good about doing all the little things (core, proper stretching and rolling, BHR, and getting good sleep). From here out really going to make sure that these things happen daily from now on.
