Notes
-Ran 4x1.2 miles around the block across the street from my house with 2 min rest in between. All on the roads so just used the new trainer. Felt good and tried to keep it fluid, probably did the first one a little too fast. Hade to take a massive shit in between the 2nd and 3rd so that made that rest a little bit longer. Not a super hard workout but still a really good one with Steam boat on Saturday.
-(Shoe note) went to NRC and decided to switch from the pegs. The last couple runs in them have just felt right and I want to go to a lighter shoe with switching with the hoka. Also the heel/toe was causing me to heel strike a little and basically just needed a switch. So onto the Boston's (official 2014 fall track shoe)
