Notes

Long run at waterfall with Will Cross after work. I've had a chest cold the last two days and felt run down before even starting the run. The plan was to do 16.5 today but that didn't happen. First mile was 6:30 and then we started cooking. We were talking and it felt smooth til like 6 miles when we hit the hill. Kept cruising but I started bonking after 8.5, just tried to stay focused in pain. We did the wood chip add on to get to 10.2 (58:33, 5:45) and then stopped to grab a drink. I was gassed but still wanted to finish the other 6 so Will didn't have to run alone. Ran a mile and was cramping so decided to just turn around. Ran the last 2 miles in 14:00 and it felt horrible. Read the body instead of just trudging the remaining miles. Overall it ended up as another solid "long run." Going to be a little short of the weekly mileage goal but with a day off it basically is the same. 103 days
