Ran/walked on Campbell Creek trail. Foot still hurt, so I ran on the soft ground (no rocks or roots). Towards the end, my left knee was really hurting. I guess it's from all the leaning I'm doing on it since my biopsy on my right foot. I hope everything heals up soon. I WANT to go for a really long run...over 20 miles. :)
