Stationary Dynamic Stretches

First 8.5 miles progressively faster (started @ 7mins+ - progressed down to 5:45 pace) - hilly route (downtown & Grandin) - 52 minutes (6:08 pace)

Last 3.5 miles shuffle on greenway (7:00+ per mile)

12 miles total - 1:16:21

NOTES: Would of liked to go a little further (14-15 total), but hamstring started to get achy at latter end of first part of long run. Overall good long run. 5:45 pace feels VERY comfortable.
