Foam Roll, Dynamic Stretching

3 mile+ warm-up w/ 4 x 20 second pick-ups @ end

8k race - 27:52

5:25 - 5:35 - 5:33 - 5:44 - 5:33

2.5 mile+ cool down - 20ish

NOTES: Extremely hot day for October. Did not push very hard during race...no acidosis in legs - all fatigue due to cardio and being over heated. Just happy I walked away from race healthy and that all the RC team is OKAY in the long run. Scary day!
