2.5 mile+ cool down - 20ish
NOTES: Extremely hot day for October. Did not push very hard during race...no acidosis in legs - all fatigue due to cardio and being over heated. Just happy I walked away from race healthy and that all the RC team is OKAY in the long run. Scary day!
