I just ran 3 on the tread mill instead of 4 because I ran 4 the previous day. The run was really easy. I started/warmed up for 5 minutes at 10:00 pace and then progressed to 8:30 for 10 minutes, then 7:30 pace for 10 minutes and then had a cool down at the end. It looks like my pace was really slow but it wasn't really.
