Ran a 5K this morning:

1st Mile: 8.0

2nd Mile: 9.0

3rd Mile: 10.0

.1 Mile: 10.0

It wasn't very challenging to maintain this at all. I had a protein shake with C4 scoop added in. Protein Shake was 48g protein and only 200 calories.
