Notes
So today I engaged one of the two Directors within my Department and it was a lot of fun. We ran about 4.25 miles and had a lot of fun. The run really wasn't about me, and I know it was over the recommended training amount but it was ooober easy and a great slow pace. It was truly great to get another person energized around running. I look forward to these times. Oh yeah, we walked a little bit in there as well, as you can see within the time. The pace was probably about 9:45 in actuality.
