Went to my first F.I.T. Class with John (My brother-in-law). Was really impressed that he went, as it was his idea and he didn't do that bad....

There was absolutely no "Cardio" involved. Your heart rate got up in certain sections by holding strength poses or doing squats/ using your big muscle groups. I primarily used 8 or 15lb weights. It was pretty challenging and I would definitely want to teach it in the future.

It would be a set of movements with or without weights, quick 30-60 second break and then do it again. We worked back, legs, biceps, triceps and now core. Super fun!
