Notes

I took a Spin 60 Class at The Firm. It was at 6:15. There is always a lot of speed work and surges up hill. These types of exercises produce interval work (high heart rate) that revs up your metabolism during the day. It was a good amount of effor but definitely not the hardest I have ever worked out.
