I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill today. I ran the first 13 minutes at a 6.0 or a 9:47 mile. I then ran the next 11 minutes at 6.6 at an 8:57 mile. I then used the last 6 minutes to do some interval work. I did 1 minute at 12.0 (minute 24) and then 1 minute at 6.0 (minute 25). I did this two more times until the end of the 30 minute running session. 12.0 was fast, kind of.
