Notes

I taught a Cardio Circuit Class at 5:45 AM. The class goes like this.

Cardio, arms with weights, legs & then cardio. It continues like that for 50 minutes and then we end with abs. I use 10-15 lb weights for the heavy segments and 5 lb weights for the light segments.
