I ran for 45 minutes and did the following;
1.5 miles at 9:00 MPH
1 mile at 6:39 MPH
2 miles at 9:00 MPH
.5 miles at 6:00 MPH
I felt extremely strong and not winded what so ever. I started to feel slightly challenged at the end of the .5 mil 6:00 MPH portion but that was about it. It was a solid run and VERY EASY....
