Yesterday, I worked out with another buddy here at BBY. Here is what we did:
4 Sets of:
95lbs - 10 Dead Lifts, 10 Bent Over Rows, 10 Deep Squats & 10 Standing Over-head Presses
2 Sets of:
20lb Medicine Ball Slam on the floor, 6 Rung Step Jump Ups back to Push Ups (Elevated burpee with a step jump) - for 60 Seconds
Ab roller (straight out) - 60 Seconds
Upside Down Wall Handstand - 60 Seconds
Repeated that again but for 75 seconds instead.
