Within the first 1/2 mile, I felt pain in my left, inside shin. I ran through it until it didn't hurt. Had asthma problems the whole way through. I must have taken my inhaler 7 times. This is, what my doctor would call, uncontrolled asthma. Ice, snow, cement was the terrain. I walked for a little while, twice. The first time, I think I walked for at least 30 seconds to a minute. The second time, I only walked a little while. All in all, it was a good run for the conditions. No IT Band pain, BTW.
