Notes: Fabulous run; very comfortable; last mile began short (10-15 sec) surges every lap and then settled back into pace; lots left at end of run. Splits: 1st mile: 9:49; 2nd: 9:38; 3rd: 9:37; 4th: 9:38; 5th: 9:37; 6th: 9:38; 7th: 9:29; last half mile @ 8:48 pace
